KIKI is hiring Lead Product Designer

Overview

At KIKI, we craft no‑code tools that empower entrepreneurs and brands to co-create, sell, and inspire. As our Lead Product Designer, you’ll partner with our founding designer to set the creative bar, grow the design practice, and shape the next generation of our products. Working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with a tight squad of engineers and leadership, you’ll help everyone launch, learn, and sell what inspires them—faster than ever before.

How you’ll make an impact

• Co‑create concepts, prototypes, and polished visuals alongside our founding designer, product lead and engineering team.

• Span product, UX/UI, and brand to deliver a seamless, end‑to‑end experience for merchants and shoppers.

• Turn product strategy into clear, intuitive workflows—then iterate relentlessly.

• Lead the charge on mobile‑first, consumer‑grade interfaces and partner closely with engineering to ship them.

• Craft delightful micro‑interactions and motion that reinforce our brand personality.

• Produce high‑fidelity designs and interactive prototypes that bring ideas to life for stakeholders.

• Pair with product and engineering to refine features and uphold design quality all the way to launch.

• Support product marketing with visuals that tell our story across every channel.

What you bring

• 5+ years designing consumer‑facing products.
  

• Exceptional visual taste, a deep grasp of UX principles, and an obsession with UI craft.

• Proven track record designing for web and mobile with beautiful, user‑centric flows.

• Talent for distilling complex problems into simple, delightful solutions.

• Comfort designing (and critiquing) micro‑animations that elevate the experience.

• Ability to build interactive prototypes that feel like the real thing.

• A portfolio that showcases stellar UX and UI execution.

• Experience collaborating tightly with engineers to ship high‑quality work.

• Extensive experience using Figma.
  

Bonus points

• Background in e‑commerce, creator tools and/or no‑code platforms.

• Interest in brand design and go‑to‑market storytelling.

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.

• Experience scaling design systems.

• Passion for the creative‑commerce space and a drive to push its boundaries.

• Familiarity with Framer, Adobe After Effects, Lottie, or Rive.

• You’re kind, curious, low‑ego, and thrive on building and shipping quickly.

Compensation Range: $120K - $160K
