Key Responsibilities

  • User Research & Analysis:
    • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify user needs and behaviors.
    • Analyze research findings to generate actionable insights and inform design decisions.
  • Conceptualization & Design:
    • Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
    • Create high-fidelity visual designs and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
    • Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces that align with our brand guidelines and corporate identity.
  • Collaboration & Iteration:
    • Work closely with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
    • Participate in cross-functional brainstorming sessions and agile development sprints.
    • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users into iterative design improvements.
  • Design Implementation & Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure designs are implemented accurately by collaborating with development teams during the production phase.
    • Maintain design consistency through comprehensive style guides and design systems.
    • Monitor product usability post-launch and refine designs based on user data and feedback.
  • Innovation & Industry Trends:
    • Stay updated with the latest design trends, best practices, and technologies in UI/UX design.
    • Experiment with new design methods and tools to continuously elevate the digital experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Experience conducting user research and translating findings into effective design solutions.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility standards, and agile development methodologies.
