Key Responsibilities
- User Research & Analysis:
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify user needs and behaviors.
- Analyze research findings to generate actionable insights and inform design decisions.
- Conceptualization & Design:
- Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Create high-fidelity visual designs and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces that align with our brand guidelines and corporate identity.
- Collaboration & Iteration:
- Work closely with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Participate in cross-functional brainstorming sessions and agile development sprints.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users into iterative design improvements.
- Design Implementation & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure designs are implemented accurately by collaborating with development teams during the production phase.
- Maintain design consistency through comprehensive style guides and design systems.
- Monitor product usability post-launch and refine designs based on user data and feedback.
- Innovation & Industry Trends:
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, best practices, and technologies in UI/UX design.
- Experiment with new design methods and tools to continuously elevate the digital experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience conducting user research and translating findings into effective design solutions.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility standards, and agile development methodologies.
