Blueground is hiring Product Designer
We are looking for a Product Designer to help us build a next-generation Property Management System (PMS) that goes far beyond traditional property management. It’s designed to support a wide range of business models—from short-term to long-term stays, from managing our own properties to operating a marketplace, and a growing franchising model. Today, it powers over 40,000 properties worldwide—and we’re scaling fast, targeting 100,000 properties by the end of 2025 and 1 million by the end of 2027.
Over the past year, we’ve been improving large parts of the PMS to improve user experience, look and feel, and of course, exciting new features! We’ve invested heavily in our design system, which empowers product teams to deliver high-quality user experiences consistently and intuitively.
What you will focus on

- Deep dive with analytics and business intelligence to guide your design decisions.
- Participate in product discovery work, including user interviews, usability tests, surveys, observation sessions, card sorting, A/B tests, and tapping into our conversion funnels and data. Let the users lead your decisions :)
- Lead the ideation, research, design, and development QA of user-centric products
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to solve design problems effectively and efficiently
- Improve and maintain our internal design system
