We’re building something new in consumer social—something expressive, emotional, and alive. Design is absolutely core to what we’re building. Every interaction, every animation, every bit of personality in the product starts with design.

We’re looking for someone who wants to own that vision. Someone who can define the aesthetic of C0ffee from the first screen to the last—and help make it feel like magic.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the visual identity of C0ffee—across product, brand, and marketing.

• Design intuitive, beautiful UI/UX across mobile and web.

• Build and maintain a scalable design system without losing the soul of the product.

• Shape how the product moves and feels—through interaction design and subtle animations.

• Lead the creation of landing pages, social assets, and growth campaigns that convert.

• Collaborate directly with engineers and founders to ship high-quality work fast.

• Be both a hands-on designer and a creative partner to the rest of the team.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years designing digital products, ideally at a fast-moving startup.

• A portfolio that shows range across product, brand, and visual storytelling.

• Strong skills in Figma, motion tools (e.g. After Effects, Rive), and brand systems.

• You’ve worked on consumer products that actually shipped (bonus: large scale >1M DAUs).

• You care deeply about how something feels, not just how it looks.

• You can push for quality without getting stuck in polish.

• You’re energized by building from scratch, figuring things out, and shaping early-stage product.
