This is a high-impact opportunity to design cutting-edge digital protection tools for high-profile individuals and executives. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll lead the creation of user-centric experiences across mobile, client-facing, and internal platforms. You'll bring a deep understanding of UX principles, strong visual design skills, and a passion for simplifying complex cybersecurity concepts into intuitive, elegant interfaces. Collaborating across product, engineering, and security teams, you'll influence strategy, contribute to the design system, and create solutions that emphasize privacy, security, and usability. Accountabilities:
- Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for secure and user-friendly applications across mobile, web, and internal admin tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex cybersecurity challenges into clear, trustworthy user experiences.
- Drive the development of a unified design system and component library to ensure consistency and scalability across platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand high-stakes user needs and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporate feedback quickly, and maintain quality in fast-paced sprints.
- Contribute to internal design processes, including documentation, design reviews, and collaborative workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Expertise in design tools like Figma (strongly preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and responsive design best practices.
- Experience conducting research and usability testing, particularly for security-conscious or high-trust applications.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to translate design decisions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with privacy-focused and secure application design is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
