The product you’ll work on

V7 Go provides legal, finance, insurance, and accounting teams with a toolkit for deploying and building custom no-code AI agents. The platform focuses taking multi-modal data and delivering verifiable outputs with transparent AI logic to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The team you’ll be joining and impact you’ll have

• You’d be joining a team that has found its groove and is excited about scaling. Design plays a critical role at V7 and as our 2nd product designer your’ll have a huge part in shaping our product direction.

• We're currently at an exciting stage. Big enough to give you stability and an incredible work environment. Small enough to shape our design system, culture and processes.

• Our customers (read case studies here) find a lot of value in what we offer, and we have a lot of ideas on what else we can build to make UX easier, more engaging, and more elegant.

What you’ll be doing from day one

• You’ll work through design problems from beginning to end. Ideate and design features and improvements rapidly while maintaining high quality.

• Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for your features.

• Work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure a high-quality implementation.

• Keep our design system in perfect shape and partner with product managers to define and evolve product roadmaps.

Who you are

• You have 2+ years of full-time product design experience at a SaaS startup with a portfolio of exceptional product designs shipped within a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent visual, UI, and interaction skills.

• Experience designing complex product workflows, ideally B2B, from ideation to high-fidelity mocks, and take a system-centric approach to design (think and work with components).

• Ability to translate insights from product analytics (Posthog) or user interviews into concepts.

• Proficient in Figma

Compensation Range: £60K - £90K
