Design & Product Manager

You are super amped about building new digital products. You have experience across the research, design, development, and launch phases of new products and are comfortable taking others throughout the process.

You may currently call yourself a Product Manager, a UX Designer, an Interaction Designer, a Design Strategist, a Design Researcher, a Venture Designer or something else. Title doesn’t quite matter – as long as you are interested in seeing a product created from start to finish.

You’ll manage research, design, and development projects from initial client discovery conversations through launch and iteration of MVPs.

In addition, you’ll bring an expertise in one part of the journey:
- Maybe you love design research and communicating what you’ve heard and synthesized to influence the room.
- Maybe you love designing and iterating on user interfaces from prototype to high-fidelity product.
- Maybe you excel at defining an MVP and crafting user stories to get the product actually built.
- Or maybe you’d rather get your hands dirty in developing the software yourself.

This role will be project/contract based and commitment will vary based on the project, your availability, and your interests. Work can largely be done remotely with client site visits as appropriate in the Greater Boston and Greater NYC areas.
