Our client is a dynamic agency working with a diverse set of industries, including healthcare, construction, home improvement, technology services, and more. They are looking for a skilled UX/UI Designer to join their team and collaborate on projects for various clients.


Location: Fully Remote (Contract/Full-Time Option)
Working Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM EST

Role Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to create beautiful, functional designs for websites, mobile apps, digital ads, print materials, and branding elements. This role requires a versatile designer who can balance aesthetic design with user experience, translating concepts into polished visual executions. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of experience in design, a versatile portfolio, and a mastery of design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Creation: Produce complete designs for websites, mobile apps, web banners, social media ads, print ads, brochures, email marketing pieces, landing pages, brand guides, logos, and more.

  • Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Tackle design challenges by applying creative problem-solving techniques to achieve functional and aesthetically appealing results.

  • UX/UI Principles: Integrate UX principles into visual designs with an understanding of typography, composition, and color theory, ensuring a responsive design across various devices.

  • Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables, ensuring all designs align with client branding.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with design managers, brand strategists, other creatives, and clients to understand goals and iterate based on feedback.

  • Prototyping & Interactive Design: Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and user journeys.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a designer, either in-house or at an agency.

  • Portfolio: A versatile portfolio that includes website designs, mobile apps, branding, outdoor work, and digital media.

  • Tools: Mastery of Figma; expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD); experience with prototyping tools like Sketch and InVision.

  • Design Trends: Up-to-date knowledge of the latest design trends, layout techniques, and user experience strategies.

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to think strategically through design challenges.

  • Highly organized, with excellent time management and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines without compromising quality.

  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with a passion for learning and growing in the design field.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with designing for a variety of industries, including healthcare, construction, or technology services.

  • Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) for better collaboration with developers.

  • Previous experience in creating branding guides and brand identity systems.
