About the Role
As a Lead Product Designer, you’ll take ownership of the entire design process for the core web application. This is a highly product-focused role that requires excellent UX/UI skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for turning complex systems into simple, elegant experiences.
You’ll work closely with founders, product managers, and engineers in a tight-knit, fast-moving team. Beyond design execution, you’ll also play a key role in shaping the product roadmap, defining the design system, and setting the tone for design culture.
Responsibilities
Own design end-to-end for the product (from early ideation to final UI)
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
Build and maintain a scalable design system
Translate user needs into intuitive, delightful product experiences
Contribute to product strategy and participate in roadmap planning
Help drive a high standard for product quality and usability
Occasionally travel to the U.S. for team offsites or product sprints
What We’re Looking For
6+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of web apps
Experience designing in fast-paced startup environments (0→1 experience a big plus)
Strong UX and UI fundamentals; ability to create clean, modern, intuitive interfaces
Mastery of Figma and modern design tools
Comfortable working independently and wearing multiple hats
Strong product intuition and a generalist mindset
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Passion for travel (or at least curiosity about it!)
Bonus: Experience working on AI-driven products or consumer applications
