What you will do

Every quarter, we define objectives aimed at proving / disproving our high level business strategy and move us forward in making our vision true. From those objectives, we define the problems we will tackle in the quarter, and scope releases to be developed.

You will:

• Take part in the discovery process on prioritized problems. The output of this phase is a defined MVP release for that problem. During discovery, you will help on 1) refining the jobs stories our users want to get done 2) map out the user journeys and flows 3) run iterations of quick sketches / prototypes to validate with users what is the minimum set of those capabilities that would deliver value on the job

• Be fully responsible for the experience in the delivery process. You and engineers will start from well framed problems to solve, and will make the needed trade-offs to create the best possible solution given pre-defined scope and time boundaries. We expect that user testing is part of the process - we build valuable solutions that are highly usable

• You will monitor success metrics of features and make sure users are being successful in their interaction with the app, and will be always looking at ways to improve what we have done

What you will need

• 3+ years as Product Designer

• UX and UI

• Experience with SaaS products (better if B2B)

• Figma (or equivalent)

• Impact and velocity-driven prioritization

• Remote communication skills

• Organized and self-sufficient
