Product Designer

About Clarity

Clarity builds next-generation AI-powered customer experience and service solutions that help businesses deliver faster, more personalized, and more efficient support. Our products combine advanced AI with intuitive design to empower agents, automate repetitive tasks, and create seamless customer journeys.

We’re looking for a Product Designer to shape the future of AI-driven customer experiences by owning end-to-end design across our platform.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Design Strategy: Drive the design vision for Clarity’s AI customer service products, ensuring intuitive, elegant, and human-centered experiences.

  • End-to-End Ownership: Lead the full product design lifecycle—from research, discovery, and ideation to prototyping, user testing, and polished UI delivery.

  • User-Centered Approach: Conduct user research and usability studies with customer service teams, agents, and end-users to uncover pain points and opportunities.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and AI/ML teams to translate complex AI capabilities into simple, powerful user experiences.

  • Design Systems: Develop and maintain scalable design systems and interaction patterns that ensure consistency across the product ecosystem.

  • Data-Informed Design: Use qualitative and quantitative insights to validate design decisions and optimize product usability and adoption.

  • Mentorship: Guide and inspire junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and user-first thinking.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5–8+ years in product design, with a track record of designing SaaS, B2B, or enterprise software. Experience with CX, customer service, or AI/ML-powered products is a strong plus.

  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work, including UX flows, interaction design, and polished UI.

  • Skills:

    • Expertise in Figma (or similar design tools) for prototyping and design system management.

    • Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and translate findings into actionable design solutions.

    • Strong understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and enterprise-grade product design.

    • Familiarity with designing for AI products and data-rich interfaces (dashboards, workflows, analytics).

  • Mindset: Strategic thinker with a bias for action, curiosity for emerging technologies, and passion for creating delightful, human-centered experiences.

Why Join Clarity?

  • Shape the future of AI in customer experience, where design meets advanced technology.

  • Work with a collaborative, mission-driven team passionate about innovation.

  • Opportunity to own product areas and influence design culture and strategy.

  • Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits package.
