Position Overview

TygrLabs is seeking a passionate and talented Product Designer to join our dynamic team. The pivotal role involves designing innovative, user-centric products that resonate with our mission and vision. You will collaborate across teams to craft designs that are not only functional but also delightful, enabling our clients to excel in the global digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Strategy: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs, translating them into impactful design strategies.
• User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
• UI/UX Design: Design intuitive, aesthetically pleasing user interfaces while ensuring seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between design and product vision.
• Iterative Design: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users to refine and enhance designs.
• Design Systems: Develop, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems aligned with Atomic Design principles to ensure consistency across all products.
• Atomic Design Structure: Apply Atomic Design methodology by creating reusable components that scale efficiently, fostering a systematic approach to product design.
• Innovation: Stay updated with design trends and emerging technologies, applying them to improve our offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role (3+ years preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and user-centric design solutions.
• Experience working with design systems and applying Atomic Design Structure in real-world projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Knowledge of web and mobile design standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design ideas effectively.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience in designing for SaaS platforms or enterprise solutions.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
• Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
