Your Role
As a UI/UX Designer at Radity, you will work directly with the Radity Design team and our clients to create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma. You will collaborate closely with development teams to ensure final products are user-friendly, visually consistent, and aligned with both user needs and business requirements.
You will also have opportunities to lead UX initiatives, manage smaller design projects, and contribute to the improvement of our design systems and internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity Figma designs.
- Work on web applications, dashboards, and business applications.
- Collaborate with developers, PMs, and clients to ensure smooth handover and correct implementation.
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI pattern libraries.
- Lead small to mid-size design projects when needed.
- Apply UX principles to improve usability, clarity, and user experience.
- Use AI tools and rapid prototyping workflows to speed up exploration and design output.
- Iterate based on feedback and maintain a high level of visual and interaction quality.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong experience in UI/UX design, including wireframing, prototyping, and creating polished visual designs.
- Focus on web applications rather than mobile.
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience working with design systems such as MUI or Mantine.
- Experience using AI tools to speed up workflows.
- Strong understanding of design principles and modern UX best practices.
- Ability to manage client communication independently when needed.
- Excellent attention to detail and task management skills.
- C1-level English fluency.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
