UI / Product Designer (Visual & Design Systems Focus)

About the Role
We’re looking for a designer who can take structured UX ideas and wireframes and turn them into polished, production-ready designs. You’ll focus on creating clean, modern interfaces that are not only beautiful — but also built in a way that developers can use directly.

This is not a blank-page UX role — you’ll be working from defined flows and wireframes, bringing them to life visually and ensuring consistency across the product.

What You’ll Do

• Turn wireframes into high-fidelity designs in Figma
• Create clean, modern, and consistent UI across all screens
• Build and maintain a scalable design system (components, styles, tokens)
• Structure files using proper auto-layout, components, and naming conventions
• Prepare designs for smooth developer handoff (clear, organized, and export-ready)
• Ensure consistency in spacing, typography, and interaction patterns
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure designs are practical and implementable

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Figma skills (auto-layout, components, variants, styles)
• Strong visual design fundamentals (spacing, hierarchy, typography, color)
• Ability to take wireframes and elevate them into polished UI
• Experience building or working within a design system
• Ability to structure design files cleanly for developer handoff
• Organized layers and naming
• Reusable components
• Logical spacing and constraints
• Assets that can be exported without cleanup
• Strong attention to detail and consistency

Nice to Have

• Experience designing SaaS or mobile apps
• Understanding of frontend constraints (React, iOS, etc.)
• Experience working closely with developers
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows

Requirements

• Proven experience designing web or mobile applications (not just marketing/graphics)
• Strong proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, variants, styles)
• Ability to turn wireframes into clean, high-fidelity UI
• Strong understanding of visual design fundamentals (spacing, typography, hierarchy, color)
• Experience building or working within a design system
• Reusable components
• Consistent spacing and layout rules
• Scalable styles and tokens
• Ability to create developer-ready design files
• Clean, well-organized layers and naming conventions
• Proper use of auto-layout and constraints
• Components structured for reuse
• Assets/icons exported cleanly without redesign
• Clear and practical handoff to developers
• Strong attention to detail and consistency across screens
• Ability to follow direction while elevating the visual quality

Bonus (Nice to Have)

• Experience designing SaaS or complex product interfaces
• Basic understanding of frontend development (React, iOS, etc.)
• Experience working closely with engineers
• Familiarity with modern, clean design styles (Apple-like / minimal)
