About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer (Assistant) to support our design and product teams in creating intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. This role is ideal for a junior designer or fresh graduate looking to build hands-on experience in user interface and user experience design.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes based on project requirements
- Support user experience research, including feedback collection and usability testing
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure design feasibility
- Maintain and update design systems, style guides, and UI components
- Ensure consistency and quality across all digital products
- Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Portfolio showcasing academic or personal projects is required
