We build real-time AI products for healthcare — medical transcription, clinical record generation, and EMR integrations across Brazil and Colombia. Our flagship, AI Doctor, is part of a suite of four AI Healthcare Employees built by doctors, for doctors.

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to define the user experience for AI-powered enterprise healthcare platforms used by hospital executives, operators, auditors, and clinical leadership teams.

What You'll Do

You will:

• Design AI-native enterprise workflows for healthcare operations

• Architect dashboards and operational intelligence systems used by hospital leadership

• Transform dense clinical and operational datasets into intuitive interfaces

• Design “Human-in-the-Loop” AI validation and auditing/backoffice experiences for health enterprises

• Create UX patterns for AI-generated insights, recommendations, and protocol deviations

• Work side-by-side with engineers to design technically scalable systems

• Help define interaction paradigms for AI-assisted enterprise software

• Design workflows resilient to ambiguity, edge cases, and user error

• Conduct deep workflow immersion with operators, auditors, and hospital teams

• Influence how institutions understand physician behavior, protocol adherence, and operational efficiency

• Contribute to the evolution of Telepatia’s design systems and AI interaction frameworks

This is a highly strategic, systems-oriented, high-ownership role for a designer who loves simplifying complexity, thinking in systems, and building the future of AI-native enterprise software.

What You Have

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design/UX Design

• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional product thinking

• Experience designing complex B2B or workflow-heavy products

• Ability to think strategically, not just visually

• Strong systems thinking and information architecture skills

• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities

• Comfort operating in ambiguity and startup speed

• Strong attention to detail and craft

• Fluency in Figma and modern design workflows

• Curiosity about AI and emerging interaction models

• Bonus points if you have experience with:

  • AI-native products

  • Healthcare-Enterprise products

  • Enterprise SaaS Users

  • Developer tools

  • Data-dense interfaces

  • Design systems

  • Rapid prototyping / frontend familiarity
