TTrickle is hiringUI/UX Designer
About Us
At Trickle, we build products that people love to use. We believe great design is not just how something looks -- it is how it works, how it feels, and how it makes people feel. We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and help us shape experiences that matter.
The Role
As a UI/UX Designer at Trickle, you will be at the heart of our product development process. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, visually compelling, and user-centered digital experiences.
Requirements
What You Will Do
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design decisions
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Design clean, consistent UI components and maintain design systems
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data
- Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
- 2-5 years of proven, hands-on experience in UI/UX design, preferably within a product or tech environment
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your full design process -- from research and problem definition through to final polished UI
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma; familiarity with tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision is a plus
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design
- Solid grasp of responsive and mobile-first design principles across web and app platforms
- Experience conducting user interviews, creating personas, journey maps, and translating research into actionable design solutions
- Ability to build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
- Strong visual design sensibility, typography, color theory, spacing, and layout
- Comfortable working in an agile environment with short feedback loops and iterative delivery
- Experience collaborating directly with developers and understanding technical constraints without compromising design quality
- Strong communication skills -- you can articulate design decisions clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A self-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Nice to Have
- Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or prototyping in Principle or After Effects
- Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS to better communicate with developers
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design practices
- Background in conducting A/B testing or working with product analytics tools
- Experience designing for SaaS products or enterprise platforms
Benefits
What We Offer
- A collaborative and creative work environment
- Opportunity to work on meaningful products with real impact
- Competitive salary and benefits
- Room to grow and take ownership of your work
