Job Title: UI/UX Designer

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our in-house design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, user behavior, and product usability, and the ability to turn complex ideas into simple, elegant, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design goals.
  

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to derive actionable insights.
  

• Create personas, user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
  

• Design pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
  

• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across platforms.
  

• Work closely with developers to ensure smooth handoffs and implementation.
  

• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and innovations.
  

Skills & Tools Required:
Design Tools: Figma (mandatory), Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision
Prototyping Tools: Figma, Marvel, Framer
Collaboration Tools: Jira, Confluence, Slack, Notion



Design Expertise:

• User-Centered Design (UCD) & Design Thinking
  

• User research & usability testing
  

• Visual hierarchy, typography, and responsive layouts
  

• Maintaining design systems & style guides
  

Nice-to-Have:

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for developer collaboration
  

• Familiarity with AI-based design tools (Uizard, Galileo AI, Figma AI plugins)
  

Ideal Candidate:

• 1–4 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience
  

• Strong portfolio showcasing user-focused designs and prototypes
  

• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  

• Passionate about creating seamless, intuitive user experiences
