About CTAIMA

CTAIMA builds B2B software that helps organizations manage compliance, contractors, documentation and workplace safety in highly regulated environments. Our platform, Twind, is a Contractor Activity Coordination (CAE) solution with more than 20 years of domain expertise behind it: 3,500+ client companies, 500,000+ contractors and suppliers, 2.5M+ workers managed and 10M+ compliance documents processed every year across 30+ countries. Industrial leaders such as Renault, Repsol, Mercedes-Benz, BASF and KONE use Twind every day to keep their sites compliant and safe.

Twind is a genuinely two-sided product. Buyers (hiring companies, "empresas titulares") need every contractor to prove compliance before accessing their premises, and suppliers and contractors need to submit and maintain that

documentation across all of their clients. Twind IA, a specialised AI model backed by a human team of CAE experts, validates and classifies compliance documents in real time. Designing these moments well matters enormously: when AI accepts, flags, rejects or blocks something, users need to understand why, trust the outcome and know how to act on it.

We are building a stronger UX practice and are looking for an experienced Product Designer who enjoys solving complex enterprise problems and creating products that make professionals measurably more efficient.

About the role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers and Designers, Researchers, to design intuitive experiences for complex, multi-stakeholder B2B workflows. We are looking for someone who can

quickly understand a sophisticated regulatory domain, challenge assumptions, simplify complexity and ship high-quality solutions with real impact, across a spectrum of users from expert compliance admins to field workers and security guards.

What we're looking for

We are particularly interested in candidates who have designed products such as:

● AI-powered document management or validation platforms, including human-in-the-loop review flows.

● Enterprise compliance, legal-tech or regulatory-technology (RegTech) software.

● Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) or document-heavy enterprise workflows.

● Enterprise workflow or business-management software (B2B SaaS).

● Multi-tenant or multi-company applications, where the same product serves both sides of a marketplace.

● Experience designing for professional users rather than consumers is essential, as is comfort designing for a mix of high-expertise power users and low-digital-literacy field users.

Responsibilities

● Lead end-to-end product design from discovery to delivery.

● Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into intuitive user experiences.

● Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces.

● Design AI-assisted flows that make automated decisions transparent,

trustworthy and contestable.

● Improve information architecture and findability, and simplify complex, multi-step workflows.

● Validate solutions with users and iterate based on research.

● Contribute to our design system and ensure consistency and accessibility across products.

● Work closely with stakeholders throughout implementation.

Requirements

● 6+ years of Product Design experience.

● Strong portfolio showcasing complex B2B SaaS products for professional users.

● Strong interaction design, information architecture and systems thinking.

● Accessibility fluency (WCAG) and attention to usability for varied user contexts.

● Ability to ramp quickly on a dense, regulated domain.

● Comfortable working in cross-functional product teams and collaborating with developers throughout implementation.

● Fluent in English and Spanish.

● French is a plus.

Nice to have

● Experience with AI-powered products or AI-assisted, human-in-the-loop workflows.

● Experience in CAE, compliance, EHS/PRL, Legal Tech or procurement.

● Design-system experience (tokens, components, governance).

● Experience working in fast-growing SaaS companies.

If you enjoy solving complex enterprise problems and designing products that professionals rely on every day, we would love to hear from you
