About CTAIMA

CTAIMA builds B2B software that helps organizations manage compliance, contractors, documentation and workplace safety in highly regulated environments. Our platform, Twind, is a Contractor Activity Coordination (CAE) solution with more than 20 years of domain expertise behind it: 3,500+ client

companies, 500,000+ contractors and suppliers, 2.5M+ workers managed and 10M+ compliance documents processed every year across 30+ countries in Europe and Latin America. Industrial leaders such as Renault, Repsol,

Mercedes-Benz, BASF and KONE rely on Twind to keep their sites compliant and safe.

Twind is a genuinely two-sided product. On one side, buyers (hiring companies, "empresas titulares") need every contractor on their premises to prove compliance before they are granted access. On the other, suppliers and

contractors need to submit, maintain and renew that documentation across all of their clients. Sitting between them is Twind IA, a specialised AI model that validates and classifies compliance documents in real time, backed by a human team of CAE experts. When the platform accepts, rejects or blocks a document or a site access, real people and real operations are affected, so trust in those automated decisions is central to the experience.

We are building a stronger, evidence-led UX practice, and we are looking for a Senior UX Researcher who can help product teams understand these professional users deeply, reduce uncertainty and drive strategic product decisions.

About the role

You will work across multiple teams, partnering with Product Managers, Product Designers, Engineering, Data analytics team, product Marketing, and customer services, to uncover opportunities, validate assumptions and make sure our products solve real customer problems. Because our users are professionals rather than consumers, and often operate in safety-critical, regulated contexts, we need someone comfortable running research with enterprise customers, domain experts..

You will also help us mature how research works here: establishing continuous discovery habits, building research culture across squads, and setting a standard for how evidence feeds prioritisation.

What we're looking for

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience researching:

● Enterprise B2B SaaS products used daily by professional teams.

● Compliance, legal-document or regulated workflows: document validation, audit trails, contractor management, EHS/PRL, procurement or legal-tech platforms.

● AI-assisted enterprise software, especially products where users must trust, interpret or contest automated decisions (document validation, classification, access control).

● Two-sided or multi-stakeholder ecosystems, where buyers and suppliers have different, sometimes conflicting, needs.

● A wide actor spread, from expert admins (Compliance, H&S, Procurement, Operations, Legal) to low-digital-literacy field users such as site workers and security guards at access points.

● Experience conducting research with enterprise customers and influencing product strategy is essential.

Responsibilities

● Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including mixed methods and product analytics.

● Moderate customer interviews, usability testing and discovery sessions across buyer and supplier segments.

● Identify user needs, pain points and opportunities, and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations.

● Help teams prioritise opportunities based on evidence.

● Work closely with Product Managers and Product Designers throughout discovery and delivery.

● Recruit and reach specialised, sometimes hard-to-access B2B and field participants.

● Foster a strong, self-sustaining research culture and continuous-discovery practice across the organisation.

Requirements

● 6+ years of UX Research experience.

● Strong experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS.

● Excellent interviewing and facilitation skills.

● Ability to communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels, from squad to leadership.

● Experience influencing product strategy through research.

● Ability to ramp quickly on a dense, regulated domain and work across markets and languages.

● Fluent in English and Spanish.

● French is a plus.

Nice to have

● Experience in CAE, compliance, EHS/PRL, Legal Tech, procurement or document management.

● Experience researching AI-powered products and questions of AI trust, transparency and explainability.

● Mixed-method research expertise (qual, quant, analytics).

● Experience with Continuous Discovery and Product Discovery.

● Experience helping to build or scale a research practice from an early stage.

If you are passionate about understanding complex professional users and helping teams build better enterprise products, we would love to hear from you
