Product Designer

What We Are Looking For:

We’re seeking creative problem solvers that can untangle complex problems and deliver polished, delightful products for our customers. You’ll use your full range of skills including strategic design, interaction design, and visual design to solve problems and craft amazing experiences. You’ll partner with research, product, data science, engineering, and content strategy to identify new opportunities, create and test concepts, and deliver end-to-end solutions that are functional, usable, and totally lovable.

Responsibilities:

• Work with cross functional teams including product managers, researchers, UX writers, and engineers to envision and execute impactful product experiences globally
• Lead multiple projects for design from strategy to launch, ensuring we're shipping meaningful and quality experiences
• Provide multiple solutions based on user needs, business goals, and technical constraints for any given project
• Sometimes work on very broadly defined, loose concepts, and sometimes on narrowly defined, tactical deliverables
• Create end-to-end user flows, both low and high fidelity, and prototypes as needed
• Review product releases qualitatively and through data, pre and post launch to ensure high quality experiences
• Actively contribute and maintain the UI kit and style

About You:

• Strong portfolio showcasing the problem solving skill and high design caliber; you MUST provide a link to your portfolio (and password if applicable) to be considered for this role
• Can reduce complex problems down to the right balance of flexibility, power, and ease of use
• Are skilled in explaining your work, process, and decisions to cross-functional stakeholders and crave feedback to help you produce your best work
• You care about details and are excited to keep pushing your work until it is pixel-perfect
• Have excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Have 5+ years relevant design experience at a tech, product-driven company
