What you’ll focus on
- Work alongside the founders, product managers and the whole team to build a growing, successful venture and products our customers love.
- Design for and execute on action items derived from the company's overall strategy, putting our customers at the heart of your decision making.
- Creating high-fidelity designs and setting the standard for UI interaction
- Solving complex design challenges, being an advocate for great UX, validating ideas with customer research and feedback.
What we look for
- Highly motivated nature to shape an industry and challenge traditional players.
- Well structured person with a hands-on mentality and can-do attitude that takes charge of the design process.
- Strong UI focus, understanding of user behaviour and strong problem-solving skills to translate complex requirements into simple designs.
- Fluent in English (working language), German a plus and experienced in software including Sketch and Figma.
- Great communication skills and ability to support the development process.
- Absolute willingness to go beyond your role to help grow the business.
