We are a team of serial entrepreneurs with extensive backgrounds building world class product, engineering, operations, sales & marketing teams. We know what it takes to go from zero-to-one AND what it takes to achieve scale and transform markets.

- Proactively develop UI/UX prototypes based on user research and subsequent thesis generation

- Identify metrics and other methods of feedback that inform future product iterations, helping to optimize in some places and expand in others, as necessary to meet the needs of our end-users
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and business teams on strategy, from definition to execution
- Demonstrate autonomy, adaptability & high EQ as you tame the ambiguity and volatility inherent in early-stage startups

What you have:
- 4-7 years of user-centered design experience, including a portfolio of product work; bonus points for experience relevant to logistics
- Experience designing complex web and desktop software for enterprise or consumer applications; bonus points for early-stage experience
- High proficiency using design tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or Keynote
- Knack for creating interactive prototypes using tools comparable to Framer, Principle, Origami, Invision Studio, or Proto.io
- Comfort leading user experience testing with customers and other stakeholders
- Knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- An appetite for interdisciplinary collaboration and experience working with fast-paced, emerging product teams

Who you are:
- A collaborator; we’re passionate about teams being more than the sum of their parts
- A truth-seeker; you hold strong opinions loosely and always maintain a healthy skepticism
- A builder; you recognize that in many situations done is better than perfect
- A craftsman/woman; our work is our art, and the world needs more beauty in it
