Easelly is hiring Junior UI/UX Researcher

You might be the User Experience (UX) Designer being sought by Easelly. A candidate who can conceive and conduct user research, interviews and surveys, and translate them into sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes will be a good fit for this User Experience (UX) Designer position. You will also design the overall functionality of the product and iterate upon it to ensure a great user experience. This position is seeking candidates who are creative thinkers who enjoy working independently as well as collaborating with colleagues.

Your responsibilities

• Developing tools like personas, usage scenarios, site maps, taxonomies, and wireframes
• Partnering with other members of the digital marketing team on the development of new initiatives
• Organizing usability testing on prototypes or finished products to assess the quality of a user experience
• Collaborating with business users and application developers to translate requirements into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Focus areas may be content, controls, visual design, packaging, customer/technical support, branding, and other aspects of user experience
• Utilize results from user research and workflow analysis to make riveting experiences for users of a product

Requirements

• Command of InVison
• Solid understanding of Intuitive User Interfaces
• Experience with design software applications and tools
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Experience using Web Accessibility and testing tools (e.g. Lighthouse, Google Accessibility Developer Tools)
• Experience using graphic design, video editing, web development, and photography applications such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong attention to detail
• A portfolio exhibiting UX (wireframes/prototypes/other UX artifacts) and visual design work
• You will perform well in this role if you have strong interpersonal skills
