We started as an idea – to deliver seamless, digital property exchange to our industry and Australia’s home buyers and sellers. We collaborated with key players in the sector to create a national electronic lodgement and settlement platform, now known as PEXA. And today, we help 20,000 families settle their property safely each week.
We’ve grown to become a renowned, award-winning company – receiving honours in recognition of our products, services, culture, commitment to innovation and member experience in recent years. A day in the life:
In a given day the successful candidate will be engaging with new and existing customers on PEXA’s new ancillary products. The successful candidate will use their customer centric approach to influencing product strategy and design.
The impact you’d drive:
You will be designing delightful product experiences at PEXA. This includes the Design of the Customer Journey, User Interface and User Experience for PEXA applications. You will skilfully collaborate with teams from across the business to create designs that solve real life problems.
You will also engage directly with our members to understand their needs, you will design, prototype, test and iterate to bring solutions to life
On day one we’d love you to have:
- A minimum of 3 years experience with a focus on human-centred design
- Driven by data and insights, you will design solutions that are efficient, functional and accessible for all
- You bring a collaborative, human-centred mindset to problem solving
- Experience with enterprise / B2B digital products
- Knowledge of property, financial services and data and analytics products
