Our Experience Design team is continuing to grow and we are looking for passionate, quick-thinking designers to join us. You will use your skills to solve business problems as a consultant and you will also work closely with small, tight-knit teams and build your craft by being exposed to a variety of clients and projects – from pure user-centered research and design to working inside Agile development teams to deliver innovative and functional UI.

• A skilled and passionate designer who has a strong background in human-centered design, user research, and visual design
• You have a point-of-view and can effectively present your vision and defend your designs
• You are a problem solver who finds opportunity in user insights, inspiration in business goals, and possibility in technology
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit, are eager to learn, and are excited by the opportunity to wear many hats

 What You’ll Do

• Act as a UX lead on key projects by bringing human-centered methodologies and processes to the creation of digital solutions
• Translate user needs and business goals into design requirements, assist in design planning, and execution
• Create sketches, user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and site maps in a rapid, iterative fashion
• Collaborate with a team of clients, designers, and consultants
• Work with brand, creative, and technical project teams to define and document requirements, overall user experience vision on projects, and recommend strategically sound solutions to meet client’s business needs
• Create and/or translate low-fidelity mockups and high-level user acceptance criteria into hi-fidelity comps and detailed design criteria for development
• Create hi-fidelity comps, and responsive prototypes for both web-mobile and desktop
• Articulate your design artifacts and vision clearly to internal teams and clients
• Demonstrate expert-level achievement in at least three of the following areas:
  • Retail and Direct-to-Consumer
  • Healthcare
  • Transportation
  • Telecom, Media or Technology
  • UX Research
  • IA and Taxonomy
  • Responsive Web
  • Mobile iOS+Android
  • Voice/Conversational UI
  • Data-driven design
