Tank is seeking a senior level UX strategist with exceptional communication skills to kick-off new digital projects by leading strategic thinking and experience planning that drives discovery documentation and key recommendations. This strategist will make decisions that demonstrate layers of thought - balancing research & insight, innovation, strategy, enthusiasm and discretion and distill qualitative and quantitative research into simple and functional information architecture, taxonomy, workflows, site navigation and accessible, usable interfaces.
WHAT YOU WILL OFFER
- Requirements - Strategic thinking, user needs evaluation, usability evaluation, metrics & measurement, information architecture, strong presentation skills, workshop facilitation, analysis & decision making, strong written & verbal communication, adaptability & resiliency, self motivation, time management
- Tools & technology: Appropriately leverage tools and technology to complete and present work in an compelling, efficient and organized manner. Years of experience: minimum 5 years of UX work experience
WORK LOCATION/ TRAVEL
- Work Location - temporarily remote due to COVID restrictions. Otherwise, in-office 100% within the future.
- Travel Expectations - some client travel.
