It’s an exciting time to join Tactile. We're one of the largest Danish gaming companies and we have been scaling fast in the last few years. Our Marketing team is growing and currently we are looking for a Senior UX Researcher.
In this role, you will be doing research planning, collaborating with the team to formulate assumptions and hypotheses and identify the appropriate methodology. You are an experienced facilitator of engaging, impactful workshops and focus groups. You will be the voice of our users understanding what keeps them engaged and what makes them monetize. Your work will influence all steps of the game development cycle by delivering product recommendations for the teams at Tactile (Designers, Creative Marketing, Leadership).
What you'll be doing
- Identifying the key research questions, choose the best method(s)(focus groups, user interview, surveys), recruit the right people, lead interviews, and play a key role in synthesizing and communicating insights
- Moderate focus groups and other relevant types of qualitative research methodologies
- Provide and spread insights by connecting qualitative and quantitative data and follow up to make sure these insights are acted on
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to help our team stay up to date with the market
What we're looking for
- Relevant work experience in User/Market research/UX/Consumer studies
- You are fluent in English
- You know when to do what, and why in terms of research methodology
- You are able to shape the research agenda
- You plan and execute a wide variety of studies independently – interviews, diary studies, usability tests, surveys, etc. – across the different stages of our games portfolio
- You have solid quantitative and qualitative analysis skills. You master the art of creating surveys and interviews that lead to great insights
Great if you also have
- Experience with SQL
- Experience in the Entertainment/Media sector
- Passion for mobile games and gaming in general
- Fluency in one other European language other than English
