About Sales Impact Academy

Sales Impact Academy is a major new online educational institution providing a complete live-learning curriculum for B2B go-to-market teams on an annual subscription basis.

The traditional higher education system has let the world of B2B down, with a complete lack of formal, structured education across the entire industry. This major oversight has led to totally inconsistent core technical skills across every role in go-to-market teams from leadership through to SDRs, AEs, CSMs, marketing and revenue operations.

It’s causing chaos and devastation in the sector with 70-90% failure rates for B2B startups and scaleups. It also creates an impossible educational burden on enterprise companies.

Sales Impact Academy is looking to solve this major problem by bringing together the world’s best talent to teach structured, live online courses with high learning design principles and upskill 100s of millions of go-to-market professionals across the globe.


The teaching roster already features 40+ global experts including Mark Roberge former CRO of Hubspot, Elissa Fink former CMO of Tableau, Sam Nelson head of SDR at Outreach, Greg Holmes former CRO of Zoom, Sarah Brazier of Gong, top Linkedin Sales Voice Kevin Dorsey, Marylou Tyler author of Predictable Revenue and Dan Steinman, Chief Evangelist at Gainsight and author of ‘Customer Success’.


Our Mission


To infuse sales excellence into every B2B tech company. We want to help people at scale reach their full potential, level the playing field for every B2B company in the world and significantly reduce failure rates in startups (90%) and scaleups (70%).

This is no small feat and we need amazing people like you to help achieve it! You’ll be helping us to launch industry-leading (and hopefully industry-redefining) educational content for tech start-up professionals. We are the education layer of the B2B growth stack.




About the Role

To date, we’ve delivered our industry-leading courses to thousands of learners using existing 3rd party platforms, tools, and integrations. We’ve achieved product market fit and learned a ton about what our customers need along the way. Now we’re ready to build our very own platform to better serve the world of sales leaders and learners.

Reporting directly to the CTO, you’ll be the first Product Designer in the company and one of the first members of the Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) team. That’s right! You’re joining at the ground floor of an exciting, rapidly growing startup, with the opportunity to redefine how GTM professionals learn the skills they need to be successful. Help us build the next generation of sales education and live-learning everywhere.



Responsibilities

  • UI and UX design of the platform

  • Perform user research in conjunction with PMs

  • Perform user testing of your designs

  • Lead design sprints when necessary


A bit about you

  • You like working in a small, scrappy startup environment

  • You want a lot of agency and scope

  • You care deeply about the user experience

  • You enjoy collaborating directly with PMs and engineers

  • You don’t go chasing waterfalls – agile is the way

  • You’ve used a remote collaboration toolkit, such as Figma & Miro

  • You have 5+ yrs experience in Product Design

  • Maybe you have experience with product-led growth, B2B SaaS subscription models, LMS systems, B2B SaaS go-to-market teams, maybe you don’t


Our Hiring Process


  • We’re hiring for a range of PD titles and levels – Sr/Lead/Staff/Principal PD... if you have Product Designer or UI/UX Designer in your title, you should apply

  • We move fast – expect to complete the entire interview process in 2 weeks or at the pace you define

  • No all-day interview marathons – we work on your schedule
