As a UX Designer, you’ll:

Work hand-in-hand with the UX Lead, UX writers, Product Management, and Dev teams to deliver our shared vision of unleashing the incredible value of machine data
Responsibilities:
- Work through the full cycle of design solutions, from hearing the user, to creating a compelling UI design
- Answer business and product questions through quantitative and qualitative research to generate meaningful insights to drive creative concepts
- Execute all visual design stages from the early mockup, prototypes, final handoff, walkthroughs, through launch
- Work closely with the development team:
- Create UX specs and guidelines
- Execute UX-UI QA
- Create and refine product design system and component documentation
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience as a product UX designer, working on complex products
- Bonus points for experience in security/technology B2B companies
- Experienced in the design cycle, from research, through creating wireframes, to creating a final UI for all states and scenarios
- Strong communication skills, great written and spoken English
- Experienced with creating and maintaining Design Systems
- Experienced in working closely with development teams and basic HTML/CSS
- Great knowledge of Figma (XD, Sketch are fine too)
- Ability to switch between fast and agile mode to deep research and complex solutions
- Nice to have: Prior experience with usability testing and research
