Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Product Designer with 3-5 years of design experience to join our product team.

As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing solutions to solve real user problems. You’ll work closely with a Product Manager and a team of Developers to identify opportunities, brainstorm solutions and rapidly test new design ideas with users.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research for the product team to help identify pain points in the user journey
• Rapidly create impactful and elegant solutions to problems, testing prototypes with users early to get feedback
• Present your design work and articulate your design decisions
• Take full cycle ownership of your work from ideation, design, review and feedback in the final test build and after release
• Help to build the design function within the company and implement first class design processes
• Work closely with highly talented Product Managers, Product Designers and Developers on a fully autonomous team

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Fluency in Thai & English
• Experienced in end to end product design for at least 3 years
• Strong proficiency with rapid prototyping and user testing
• Experience using design tools such as Figma
• Passion for building great products and strong drive to push forward the growth of an ambitious tech startup
• Have strong knowledge and practice in both UX and UI
• Results-oriented and can-do, hustler attitude
• Growth mindset and ability to adapt to a fast-evolving role

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Product Design, UX/UI or a related subject
• Startup experience
• Experience building a product from scratch
• E-commerce experience
