About the role:

We’re looking for a UX Research Analyst to manage our data sources and provide analysis, insights, and suggestions for our product org. 

As part of our User Experience team, you will ensure we have the measurement in place to make data-driven decisions about our customer experience. You will build a robust set of processes, tools, and training to ensure we capture key analytics and feel empowered to make recommendations on how we leverage user engagement within our applications including our Demandbase platform and Salesforce instance. In addition, you will support our UX Research team in product usability and evaluation to drive customer-centric solutions. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Perform quantitative analysis to understand the behaviors and attitudes of users
  • Orchestrate, report, analyze, and communicate quantitative results from surveys, product data, user behavior/click paths, and other data-focused on our customers' experience
  • Collect and analyze data to enable our teams to make insightful product decisions
  • Work cross-functionally to define data requirements, deliver analysis, create and execute reporting, and guide strategy
  • Provide strategic direction for Pendo, and work with various stakeholders to establish and implement best practices with regard to data configuration and data integrity
  • Administration of the Pendo environment including dashboards, reporting, integrations, organization, and user management (possibly, FullStory as well)
  • Provide recurring analysis and status of product performance including user flows and drop-off rates
  • Assist in qualitative user research efforts across product design and development functions to strengthen our product feedback
  • Interview and communicate with customers to understand their needs

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 3 years of experience in quantitative research methods and data analytics 
  • 2+ years of experience driving business and product strategy using data
  • Demonstrated experience in setting up and managing product analytics platforms (e.g. Pendo, FullStory, Heap, etc.)
  • Experience with any of the following- Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Heap 
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand business and technical processes
  • A background in statistics, math, economics, or similar quantitative fields
  • Conduct research using a wide variety of quantitative methods, including surveys to understand the behaviors and attitudes of users
  • Collecting and utilizing data analytics, usage, and internal and external feedback to inform decision-making
  • Comfortable socializing metrics and analytics best practices across all levels of the organization
  • Work with stakeholders to answer questions within the data and proactively discover insights (trends, anomalies, etc.)
  • A passion for usability and simplicity
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational and project management skills 
  • Ability to work independently and a strong sense of ownership
