Candidates should also have a successful track record creating impactful digital experiences, delightful interaction design, and be comfortable working within the agile process to continually iterate on digital products. Their design solutions adapt brand standards, follow consistent UI patterns, and balance delight with user and business needs. They have a strong brand IQ, product vision, and can translate user insights into outcomes through testing and data.
