WePractice is an internal startup of Sparrow Ventures.
We Practice s a fast growing startup with the mission to sustainably improve mental health in Switzerland. Our goal is to connect people seeking support with the right therapist in the best possible environment. To make this possible, we operate modern coworking locations where we provide professional support to independent psychotherapists and psychological counselors, as well as a digital platform that facilitates access to suitable practitioners.
UX/ UI Designer WePractice
WePractice currently operates four coworking locations in Zurich, Winterthur and St. Gallen and will open another location in Basel in July. Further locations are in the planning stage. The goal of the expansion is to establish a Switzerland-wide network of practices for independent therapists to improve access to psychological services in Switzerland. ?
In addition, we are expanding our digital platform and brand and are looking for an ambitious candidate who further improves our understanding of our customers and develops new products and solutions with our product and technology team.

Be part of a young and dynamic team who are highly motivated to create an impact in mental health across Switzerland. Your areas of responsibility as a UX/UI Designer include co-leading discovery projects and taking part executing in the venture building process:
- Improve our product to be easy-to-use, appealing and responsive
- Oversee the design lifecycle for new product development from research to execution
- Moderate user research interviews to gain deeper understanding of our customers, analyse insights
- Create storyboards, user journeys, wireframes, sitemaps and visual design mock-ups to support product development
- Manage and innovate our branding (colour palette, typography, illustrations, icons etc.) for online (website, web assets, ads) and offline (print media, parts of interior design) materials
- Take ownership of your work and the details required to ship a successful product
- Contribute regularly towards improving our company
What you bring to the table
- Degree in a design field or equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a UX / UI Designer
- A portfolio of interface designs with a “wow!” factor that shows how you think, not only what you’ve made - send us your link or add it to your resume
- Hands-on experience creating wireframes, user research, prototypes, user testing, etc.
- Knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Softwares (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Fluent in responsive design
- Experience with print material and identity projects (branding, packaging, posters, stickers, etc.)
- Have an advanced knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodology and user-centric design of digital products
- Have an empathetic, user-focused mindset
- Collaborative, self-motivated, curious, and humble attitudes
- Fluent in German and English
- Full-time availability (explicitly: no part-time)
You are a superstar if you
- Are interested in improving mental health, moreover you worked on the field
- Have experience with animation tools (Principle, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro etc.), and with photography
- Have understanding of HTML, CSS
- Have experience running Design Sprints and other Design workshops
