UX/UI Designer

We are currently looking for an energetic & enthusiastic professional to join our team as a UX/UI Designer. We are looking for a designer who is passionate about design and has a drive for innovation.

How you will help

• Work closely and communicate with customers, product managers, business analysts and developers to gather and evaluate user requirements
• Help the team define user experiences and interfaces for mobile apps and web projects
• Communicate concepts and ideas, as well as constraints and limitations
• Deliver presentations to product managers, developers and business stakeholders, clearly articulating the rationale behind design decisions
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, flows and sitemaps
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that demonstrate how mobile apps and websites work and what they look like
• Implement original graphic designs
• Identify and suggest solutions to usability issues
• Stay on top of new technologies and trends in mobile and desktop UI/UX
• Contribute to enhancing skills / design ideas / quality control
• Organize, manage and prioritize multiple requests.

The following skills are required for this position:

• Proven work experience (2-3 years) as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Experience with Figma for wireframing and design needs
• Knowledge of design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other Adobe CC apps
• Strong foundation in visual/interface design and UI design.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Greek and English.
• BSc or Diploma in Design or relevant field

The following skills are not required, but will be appreciated:

• Experience with UI collaboration and delivery tools like Zeplin
• Experience in motion graphics, and video editing using tools like Adobe Premiere
• Exposure in whiteboarding tools like Miro
