About the Team
Fazz is building an all-in-one finance solution for millions of businesses across Southeast Asia, from warungs in Indonesia to multinational corporations in Singapore. We provide businesses with easy payment acceptance, seamless fund transfers, high-yield multi-currency cash accounts, expense management features, and credit solutions all in one platform.

About the Role
Senior UI/UX Designer creates an impactful design with the proper design process. Senior UI/UX Designer should be able to present the work to other teams or stakeholders, and manages and coordinates the design, development, and enhancement of new and existing products/product lines. Evaluates and ensure design feasibility and design optimization.

Being a Senior UI/UX Designer ensures the work meets project milestones and completes projects within an established timeline. Evaluates issues provide resolution and communicate to stakeholders. Additionally, a Senior UI/UX Designer can guide the junior designers under his/her wings. The Senior UI/UX Designer manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day communication and completion of their jobs. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to the approved timeline. To be a Senior UI/UX Designer typically requires 3 years of experience in the related area.

What you'll do

    • Collaborating with the product, tech, other stakeholders teams, and also customers to collect, understand, and define requirements.
    • Translating complex product requirements into easy-to-use and intuitive user flows.
    • Producing the right design deliverables at the right time to enable product and tech team planning - conceptual ideas, user flows, user story maps, clickable prototypes, etc.
    • Taking a data-driven approach to visual and interaction design decisions.
    • Testing that design solutions through usability testing methods such as unmoderated testing, moderated testing, product analytics data, and A/B testing.
    • Generating user testing insights, creative recommendations, and storytelling presentations that can drive design improvements and product roadmaps.
    • Align with other teams to ensure that your research will have an impact on users, business goals, and the organization.
    • Overseeing the maintenance and application of visual design standards.
    • Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems.
    • Advocating for exceptional user experience and empathy towards users across the organization.
    • Adapting and innovating research methodologies and sharing with the team to help enrich the team’s skills and expertise.
    • Guiding subordinate designers in day-to-day jobs.

What we're looking for

    • Having a curiosity to empathize with users and a passion for improving people’s lives is a must.
    • Has a bachelor’s degree in design, computer science, engineering, social science, or any related subject.
    • Has at least 3 years of proven experience in producing sketches/wireframes, conducting qualitative research (in-depth interview, qualitative usability testing, etc.), conducting UI design process, and communicating the solutions to stakeholders.
    • Understand the fundamental design process and principles.
    • Familiar with design tools such as (but not limited to) Figma and Maze.
    • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
    • Skills in adopting behavioral models/frameworks are highly appreciated.
    • UX portfolio of previous projects is a must.
    • A team player who is able to fit and work with the team.
