THE OPPORTUNITY

As a UX/UI Designer - M/F, you will work within the product/R&D team in France and the USA, ??with product managers and engineers, and join a new team dedicated to UI/UX.

You will participate in the design of new user interfaces, but also in the improvement of existing user interfaces to contribute to a better user experience.

We are looking for someone with a passion for design, ergonomics and a desire to build products with an excellent user experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

• Understand and solve functional user problems by designing intuitive user interfaces;
• Assess user needs in collaboration with product managers and engineers;
• Design prototypes of graphic and interactive elements for user interfaces;
• Maintain a "design system" allowing the development of consistent experiences across the Ivalua platform;
• Ensure the graphic quality and compliance with the specifications of the screens delivered;
• Create models and prototypes according to the needs defined by the product managers;
• Organize user tests to test interface choices;
• Prepare and present concept prototypes to internal teams and key stakeholders;
• Promote user interface and experience (UX/UI) best practices and standards within the R&D team;
• Participate in the continuous improvement of product interfaces based on user feedback and product performance;
• Keep up to date with trends (UX / UI) on desktop and mobile.

YOUR PROFILE

If you have the experience and skills below, this role could be for you.

Skills and Experience:

• You have a Bac + 5 training in Engineering or Business School,
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a UI / UX designer or similar role for SaaS-type business applications.
• You must master prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe HD
• You are organized, result-oriented, and you like teamwork. You are able to clearly present and justify your design proposals.
• Your work should always be user-centric – be the voice of the users, understand their goals
• You must be fluent in English, your manager will be English-speaking.
