Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a UX/UI Design Manager to join our Ecommerce team who is passionate about delivering a world class shopping experience to our customers. The ideal candidate has experience shaping the customer journey and is looking for an opportunity to build a UX/UI design team. This is a remote, work-from-home position with flexible in-office options post-Covid. #LI-Remote

Core Responsibilities

    • Responsible for design, user experience, and look and feel of Thrive Causemetics sites.
    • Lead, coach, and develop a growing team of UX/UI designers.
    • Collaborate with Product and Development teams to build out and maintain an ADA-Compliant Thrive Causemetics’ components library.
    • Collaborate with Merchandising team to ensure information architecture and site content is reflects our customers’ needs.
    • Collaborate with the Customer Experience (CX) team to ensure the voice of our customers is reflected in everything we do on our site.
    • Collaborate with the Creative Design team to ensure on-site promotional materials are aligned with our web style guide.
    • Responsible for user experience testing and presenting results to key stakeholders (Ecommerce, Marketing, etc).
    • They are educating the Ecommerce team (Product, Development, and Merchandising) on what they can do to ensure a best-in-class user experience on our site.

Experience Necessary

    • 5+ years experience in a similar role
    • 1+ years of experience managing user experience designers
    • Proficient knowledge of Figma
    • Experience working in project management tools (we use Asana)

As required by C.R.S. 8-5-201(2): (Colorado only) The minimum pay for this role is $113,673. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
