CoEfficient Labs is looking for the most talented UI/UX Designer to join our award-winning team of designers, growth hackers, and data scientists.

We are an award-winning team of designers, growth hackers, and data scientists. Our team manages over $500k/month in Advertising Spend, and we work with some of the most innovative Series-A Startups on the scene. Our beautiful office is located on the 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica, California. Fully stocked with snacks, beer-on-tap, and only a 2-minute walk to the beach.

What Kind of UX/UI Designer Are We Looking For?

• 2+ Years of experience in UX/UI
• Identify target user groups and carry out interviews or surveys to help understand user needs.
• Produce low-fidelity design prototypes - flow diagrams, storyboards, CTAs, and site maps.
• Validates designs and optimizes conversion-rates through user-testing.
• Create production-ready web and graphic design.
• Continually improve our UX and testing processes by keeping up to date in the industry.

What Tools/Processes/Skills Should You Be a Master Of?

• Ability to understand business metrics and translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate ideas to developers
• Knowledge of industry tools like Adobe, Figma, Zeplin, OmniGraffle, Illustrator and Sketch
• Problem-solving skills to determine solutions to user interface challenges
• Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Analytical mind with business acumen
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and mastery of information design
