The countdown has started, are you ready to help us lift-off?

• Working with the Head of Design to sculpt the UX Roadmap and Engaging with clients and prospective clients to understand their needs and where appropriate build out process maps, Figma flows and prototypes
• Monitoring and analysing market trends to determine future needs for our target markets
• Test and validate design decisions via user testing, internal stakeholders and customers with mockups / prototypes, throughout the design process.
• Constantly examining new ways of improving existing Asset Class services and products
• Help the entire team build beautiful and ‘Delightful’ products for our customers
• Working with our Marketing team to create product brochures, website content and video content for our products
• Creating and publishing JIRA Epics and Stories for allocation to our Engineering team
• Work with our Business Analysis team to ensure that product requirements are understood and visualised before passing to our engineering team for development
• Work within our AGILE software development methodology
• Proficiency with the Atlassian Suite of Products is highly desirable (JIRA, Confluence)
• Comfortable sharing your work via video recordings with any size audience.
• Outside the box thinking that questions the future of the product vision

What skills do you need?

• 5-7 years of experience as a UX / UI Designer role building B2B / B2C products from concept to completion via an agile UX framework of research, prototype, test, iterate.
• Has led large UX initiatives within organisations that involve multiple stakeholders and teams
• Strong storyteller who can develop concepts to deliver business results
• A diverse portfolio of work that demonstrates excellent designs and concept validation process
• Skilled ‘visual’ designer who can help shape and add to the developing product design style.
• Highly skilled in Figma (design systems, prototyping)
• Relevant course qualifications in a design discipline
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (in English)
• You live and work in Ireland without visa restrictions or requiring sponsorship.
