The Product Designer is a design expert, and have responsibility to iterate on existing, or create new design patterns. from participating in team design, scoping to prioritization discussions. The designer learns the qualitative and quantitative research, and business context behind team’s design decisions.

    • Choose logical UI patterns
    • Deliver polished visual design and transitions


    • Communicate all work clearly and concisely
    • Collect, process, and respond to feedback
    • Develop strong opinions, weakly held
    • Help others: be generous with time and feedback
    • Hold teammates to a high standard
    • Refer candidates to our Recruiting team
    • Actively engage with the design community


    • Obsessively maintain all regular personal goals
    • Prioritize your efforts, make explicit tradeoffs

What you'll need:

    • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
    • Balance business growth and customer problems, and care deeply about the measurable impact of your work
    • Deep understanding of key UI/UX principles; ie. user centered design vs. design thinking
    • Comfortable interfacing with UX, product and technical teams in an agile development environment
    • Make decisions based on evidence and love making incremental improvements which lead to larger impact
    • Analysing your designs by interpreting both qualitative and quantitative data.
    • Understand how to de-risk a design, and have a good understanding for how much design is enough to ship
    • Reflecting on, and improving, the team’s processes is something you naturally engage in every day
