Do you have a passion for UI/UX and/or Web Design? Do you like the idea of working as part of a multi-disciplinary Marketing team to create websites and design user interfaces for web applications?

You may have found your calling as a UI/UX Designer at Paradise.

What will you do?

• Team with our Web Developers and Digital Marketers in the design of responsive, mobile-friendly websites to offer our exciting travel adventures through our e-commerce platforms.
  
  
• Work together with our Digital Marketing and Web teams to implement updates, changes, improvements and new offerings on our network of existing websites.
  
  
• Design graphics and user interfaces for our internal applications and web-based platforms.
  
  
• Apply your UX expertise to optimize the conversion rates of our e-commerce websites.

• Advanced English.
  
  
• Training and Experience in UI/UX, Graphic Design and/or Web Design.

Q: What is Paradise Solutions?
A: We are an e-commerce travel company, specializing in international adventure travel. We are not outsource, we sell our own products and services over the internet to the world, and work to make our customers dreams come true. We have our own in-house marketing, development, sales and customer experience teams. We have been bringing our special brand of awesomeness to El Salvador since 2015, but have been in operation abroad for over 18 years.

A: The salary will depend on your experience and qualifications. However, we pay above the industry average for all our positions.

Q: Are you a call center?
A: No. Like all e-commerce companies, we have a contact center as part of our operation, where we make our customers' vacation dreams come true. However this job is to be part of our Marketing team, it's not a contact center position, and it is not outsource, you will work only marketing and selling our own products and services through various online platforms.

Q: What schedule would I work?
A: We offer flexible schedules depending on your personal requirements. Generally, 5 day work-weeks with weekends off.

A: We are conveniently located in Santa Elena, the nicest and safest area of San Salvador.
