UX/UI Designer

The Technology team is responsible for our product delivery channels and for supporting internal work processes.

We are now looking for a UX/UI designer to join our team.?Our corporate website and the web-based front ends for our leading business intelligence and analytics products are evolving continuously, and we now want to strengthen our team with more UX/UI competence. The Client Portal is where our clients can access more than 50 000 articles and reports, dashboards, and much more. We are planning to replace our desktop BI client with a web version, and UX/UI will be a key part of the development. The UX/UI designer will work closely with our development team and interact with the broader company and clients. We will consider both (talented) junior and senior-level candidates.

Skills and expertise:

• Knowledge in and passion for UX and UI design
• The above including user research, personas, user journeys, usability, etc.
• Up-to-date knowledge on best UI practices
• Experience from working as UX/UI together with development teams

• Experience from web design as well as for apps
• Ability to prototype design in Figma, Miro, InVision, or similar, and work with developers
• Experience in implementation (HTML/CSS and any frontend-development framework) is a plus
• Knowledge with data science, economics or quantitative strategic analysis is a plus (ie UX/UI related to analyses of data)

Main tasks will be related to:

• Work on the new design for our Client portal
• Ensure our new web based BI tool will impress and be loved by our users
• Review and improve all client-facing surfaces wrt UX/UI (including dashboard design)
• Review and improve internal applications wrt UX/UI

We are looking for a candidate with a "can-do" attitude who is creative, innovative and analytical. Also important are good communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and being team-oriented.
