About the Role :

 

Appscore is seeking a Senior UX/Product Designer to join our client in a Digital Transformation Project. Working on the Uplift/Redesign of the current design system, Mobile application and Website. 

 

You will be responsible for all aspects of the design process. You will work alongside Product, Technology and business stakeholders to define the design approach, develop concepts, wireframes and prototypes for customer testing, facilitate design reviews and feedback sessions and craft the final UI design for delivery, working hand-in-hand with developers to bring the experience to life

 

About You:

 

• You're not afraid of a challenge, in fact you love the idea of making an impact and leaving your mark. 
• You've got a natural curiosity to solve problems and are articulate enough to collaborate and gain buy-in around your ideas. 
• You'll be able to tie in your visual impact to improving the overall UX, your design chops around typography, grids and colour theory is to be feared. 
• Your Figma files, frames and components are impeccable, layers logically grouped and named and you're a ninja with plugins to help improve your design workflow making you more efficient and effective. 
• To complement your visuals, you're able to coordinate and bring together design and product strategy, ideas and people to arrive at the best outcome for Medibank. You take pride in your open-minded approach and team player mentality. 
• Ability to deal with uncertainty and you're pro-active enough to seek clarity and information. 
• You love design and stay up to date with all the latest and love sharing anyone that will listen.
