UX/UI Designer

Estafet is a rapidly expanding, UK-based IT integration company specializing in Integration, IoT & Data/Insight projects. Formed in the UK in 2001, we opened our Sofia office in 2014, and this has grown to 50+ specialist developers and testers working on high-profile clients and projects. Our customers are UK-based FTSE 250 companies.

We are currently looking for a contract-based UX/UI Designer role. This will be a very collaborative position.

If you're passionate about creating intuitive, visually appealing designs and have a proven track record of delivering successful projects, we want to hear from you!

• Visual design of UI elements and experiences (e.g., report views, comparative analysis views, data visualization).
• Visual design is performed & shared primarily in Figma.
• Analysis and design of user experience workflows and information architecture
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and design solutions that meet business and user needs
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
• Continuously iterate and improve upon designs based on feedback and analytics
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
• Coordinate with the Product team preparing UI/UX designs and analyses needed for product decisions and requirements
• Coordinate with the development team to ensure design intent and product-level requirements are communicated clearly
