If you are a passionate UX/UI Designer who loves to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media looking to join a Customer Experience Agency, this is an amazing opportunity for you!

The Challenge:

You will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience and working on web layouting.

You will be part of a great team that seeks to make an impact on our clients' business through what we do best: create creative, professional, and dynamic websites.

In your day-to-day, you will be working with teams from all over the world, using agile methodologies and promoting the implementation of best practices at a technological level.

The Role

  • Investigating user experience design requirements.
  • Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy.
  • Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
  • Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets.
  • Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
  • Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.


Requirements


  • Expertise in UI/UX tools such as Mural, Figma, Adobe Experience Designer, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq or similar
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Experience with HTML, CSS and Javascript is a plus.
  • Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies
  • Language proficiency - English: Business Level.
  • Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a great teammate, and manage change effectively.
