About the Job
You will help shape the future of design at Klarity and work closely across marketing and product leadership. You will define Klarity’s visual strategy and all the elements required to drive a consistent brand story across different mediums including: website, product UI, sales collateral and more.
We are looking for a design leader that can define our brand's visual identity across elements like typography, color, iconography, layouts and other design components. You’ll spend time working closely with our product team to make sure our product is user-friendly and run experiments to drive best-in-class user experience. You’ll also collaborate closely with the marketing team to create landing pages, design sales collateral, white papers, event booth designs and more.
Shape the visual design of the end-to-end experience across our marketing website and product
Craft brand identity and brand collaterals
Elevate and innovate our visual creative while maintaining brand standards
Design marketing assets, including performance marketing ads, social media graphics and email campaigns
Create wireframe, mockups and prototypes using current industry standards for optimizing user experience
Build and maintain library of design assets to create consistent brand storytelling
Create design language systems for typography, color, grid, iconography, layouts, and other design components
Create the design workflows to manage priorities from multiple stakeholders and effectively meet deadlines
4+ years of visual design experience
Well-rounded experience with multiple mediums: static and dynamic visuals, storyboarding, digital brand assets, events / experiential
Comfortable translating concepts into wireframes, mockups or prototypes
Ability to articulate and confidently present creative ideas to internal teams
Proven experience using Adobe Creative Cloud and design collaboration tools like Figma
Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders including marketing, product, sales, HR, etc.
Compensation Range: $135K - $175K
