Uplevel

WHO WE ARE

Uplevel's mission is to empower every engineering team with data-driven insights to iteratively increase productivity and team health. We are an engineering effectiveness platform that leverages machine learning to create clarity through data-driven insights. We have double-digit enterprise customers and are growing fast.

WE’RE CATEGORY CREATORS IN OUR SPACE. This is just the beginning. Our pioneering team has to be flexible as the company scales and grows.

WE’RE A SMALL BUT MIGHTY TEAM. This is just the beginning. Our pioneering team has to be flexible as the company scales and grows.

WE’RE SOLVING A PERSISTENT PROBLEM. Work has been messy for, well, ever. This calls for creativity, perseverance, and a belief that change is imminent.

MOST OF ALL - We are people first and value progress over perfection. You will be empowered to set and drive the direction of projects, and encouraged to deliver incremental value rather than getting it perfect at the start. We believe in radical candor and healthy debate, and we like strong opinions loosely held. Great ideas can come from anybody, no matter where they are in the company.
