Senior UX Designer

Bluesight

At Bluesight, our mission is to create groundbreaking medication intelligence solutions that increase efficiency, safety and visibility for health systems and pharmaceutical manufacturers.  We empower our customers to deliver the right medicine to the right patient at the right time, every time.  We are a high growth healthcare software technology company with a start-up 'vibe' but over 1000 customers tracking medications using our proven and established solutions.

Bluesight’s UX team is tasked with creating experiences that help health systems capitalize on medication inventory, purchasing, documentation practices, and diversion monitoring through data. Bluesight is involved with the entire drug tracking life cycle, from pre-tagging drugs at the moment they are manufactured to when they are administered to a patient. The UX team aims to simplify these complex data structures and processes through intuitive and easy to use products.

Our creed is to honor the customer. We advocate for our users while learning and understanding their needs, behaviors, and emotions. We focus on making our customer’s day easier by designing data driven, intuitive and easy-to-use products. UX Designers also contribute to a growing cross-functional UX practice. As a team, we collaborate closely with each other on UX patterns, methodologies and best practices.

We are currently seeking a well rounded Senior UX Designer to join our team. The right candidate must embody and practice the following requirements:

    • Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g. Illustrator, Sketch)
    • Strong communication, visualization, and prototyping skills
    • Able to work independently while also collaborating with other UX designers to develop and enhance UX processes and patterns
