Entry Level UX/UI Designer

Splore is an AI company, building in stealth mode, to solve a new set of problems in the new internet. Focused on Gaming, Web3 and Virtual Worlds, we are re-imagining experiences, content and engagement from the fundamentals as we recognize that user behaviors and needs often go beyond the confines of indexed Web2.0 experiences.?

We are currently building experiences to help gamers find gaming-related content, increase player-to-player discovery and more accurately assess in-game assets.?

We believe there is a huge opportunity to reimagine content discovery and interaction as a new evolution of internet is born.?

In this role, you’ll need to

• Execute multi-disciplinary design sprints, involving wireframing, prototype designing and hand-over to program management, technology, and engineering teams
• Ensure that product experience is aligned with customer-based research and business needs
• Use design thinking techniques for the development of product features, customising user experience and overall service design
• Work with research to conduct quantitative and ethnographic research investigations that help strategically frame and understand customer behaviours
• Bring research to life through personas, customer journeys, insight-opportunity frameworks, system maps, stories and scenarios
